This will be Hydrogen Arm's last show. John David told us what to expect:
Zach Randall of Owl of Minerva will be featured on percussion. There will be acoustic guitar, cello, drums, synthesizers, mellotron, Fender rhodes piano, moog taurus bass pedals, circuit-bent Cray super computers, a Flamenco ensemble, a castrato soloist, bowed undersea vents, and bakwards-masked field recordings of the Tunguska event captured on micro cassette recorders.
FINALLY, all things together as one!
Also worth noting: Seeded Plain's previous show is in Raleigh, their following in DC. No days off. They're driving nine hours here and fourteen hours away to come play this show. Please please please come down the street and see them!!
Chefkirk will be here from Oregon to collaborate with me live in the vein of our Notorious
CDr! He's not on tour per se, we're just lucky!
Peat Raamur will be turning in a rare performance, so get there early! Frog, too, although not as rare these days.
Hal McGee will surely do the opposite sort of performance from what I expect.
Janet Night will bring the dance party with strange love songs about monsters and aliens and ghosts!
The paintings covering the walls and floors of Daacha are really wonderful!!
Come early! BYOB! There's a porch for BETWEEN bands!
